Official Rules (“Official Rules”)

By entering into this Sweepstakes (defined below), you accept the terms and conditions and set forth in these Official Rules. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from Inboxlab Inc., Wine Awesomeness, Inc., Wow Media Products, Inc., dba PureWow, Rodale Inc., publisher of Women's Health, Lucky Brand LLC, Inboxlab Inc., Acanela LLC, and The Independent Traveler (collectively, the “Associated Companies”). The Associated Companies have provided prizes to the Sweepstakes but only Inboxlab Inc. is sponsoring the Sweepstakes and is responsible for operating the Sweepstakes. No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations and where prohibited. (New Jersey Notice: This Sweepstakes is not void in New Jersey).
Eligibility: Alaskan Adventure Cruise Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) and lives within the 48 continental United States and has a valid email address and possesses a web-enabled device as of 5/6/2018. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and the associated companies are not eligible to enter. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Inboxlab Inc. at 3419 Via Lido, 657, Newport, CA, 92663.
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/7/2018 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on 6/9/2018 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes site www.dojomojo.ninja/landing/campaign/3223 (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and completing the Sweepstakes entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described below). Additional entries per person/email address, excluding “Bonus Entries” will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Bonus Entries: Each person who submits an entry to the Sweepstakes will have the opportunity to obtain additional entries by performing listed social actions. For each action performed, the user will receive the allotted amount of bonus entries listed below.
Entrant will receive 2 bonus entries for following @wineawesomeness on Twitter.
Entrant will receive 2 bonus entries for subscribing to https://www.youtube.com/user/wineawesomeness on YouTube.
Entrant will receive 2 bonus entries for downloading the app https://www.wineawesomeness.com/discover-six.
Entrant will receive 2 bonus entries for following @seeqrtravel on Twitter.
Entrant can receive a total of 8 bonus entries by completing all bonus entry actions. To enter via Twitter, you must have a valid Twitter account, which can be opened for free at Twitter.com.
Drawing: After the Entry Period, on or about 6/11/2018, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winner: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal). If potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted. Potential Grand Prize Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): A 7 day/6 night Sponsor-specified cruise for winner and one (1) travel companion to Alaska with the cruise port originating from Seattle, Washington, USA, (1) $250 Gift Card to Lucky Brand provided by Lucky Brand. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,750. Cruise must be booked within one year of the Sweepstakes end date. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply.
Prize Restrictions: Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitution at its sole discretion if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
Cruise must be taken by 6/9/2019 or prize will be forfeited. Winner will be required to sign any required cruise contracts/documents prior to boarding. Cruise restrictions may apply. Airfare is not included. All fees and expenses (such as security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of the travel prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary/cruise. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Travel companion must be 21 years of age or older at time of travel and a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion may be required to execute a release of liability prior to travel. If the Grand Prize Winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. If the Grand Prize Winner elects to travel or participate in prize travel with more than the number of travel companions stated above, such additional travel companion shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with such travel. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a valid government-issued photo ID).
In the event the Grand Prize Winner and/or travel companion engage in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early and send the Grand Prize Winner and/or travel companion home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Grand Prize Winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in that Grand Prize Winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s). In the event Grand Prize Winner or travel companion engage in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects the Grand Prize Winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Grand Prize Winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S OR TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, the prize providers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of this Sweepstakes and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Use of Entrant Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and the participating companies: Inboxlab Inc., Wine Awesomeness, Inc., Wow Media Products, Inc., dba PureWow, Rodale Inc., publisher of Women's Health, Lucky Brand LLC, Inboxlab Inc., Acanela LLC, and The Independent Traveler will use your information, including, without limitation, your e-mail address, for general solicitation, marketing, or other business or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Sponsor or the participating companies. You may at any time revoke the use of such information by providing written notice to Sponsor and each other participating company using the following addresses or by responding to a marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Please note that your opt-out preference will apply to marketing communication and may not apply to transactional communication including those associated with your entry.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Newport, CA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of CA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of CA or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than CA.
Third Party Platforms: If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third party platform, including without limitation a social media platform (e.g. Youtube or Twitter) (“Third Party Platform”), then by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby release and agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by such Third Party Platform and to hold harmless such Third Party Platform from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Platform.
Results: To request a winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Alaskan Adventure Cruise” Winner, c/o Inboxlab Inc. at 3419 Via Lido, 657, Newport, CA, 92663. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Youtube. You understand that you are providing your information to Inboxlab Inc and not to Twitter or Youtube. The information you provide will only be used in connection with this Sweepstakes or in connection with promotional or other activities of Inboxlab Inc.
