By entering into this Sweepstakes, I accept the terms and conditions and set forth in these Official Rules. I confirm I am at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in. By entering the sweepstakes, I agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd Qantas Australia(collectively, the “Associated Companies”). The Associated Companies have provided prizes to the Sweepstakes but only Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd is sponsoring the sweepstakes and responsible for operating the Sweepstakes. No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. (New Jersey Notice: This Sweepstakes is not void in New Jersey).

Eligibility: Win An Escape with Luxury Escapes & Qantas to the One&Only Emirates Wolgan Valley (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in and has a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and the associated companies are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd at 50/56 York St, South Melbourne, VIC, 3205.

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am EST on 3/9/2019 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will end on 4/12/2019 at 11:59pm EDT.

How to Enter: At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the sweepstakes site www.dojomojo.com/landing/campaign/4966 (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and completing the Sweepstakes entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries per person/email address will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

By entering the Giveaway in accordance with the entry process described above, you will be registering to receive email communication from Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd and agreeing that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by the following partners: Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd in accordance with their Privacy Policy, a current copy of which can be found here https://luxuryescapes.com/us/privacy-policy.

Drawing: After the Entry Period, on or about 4/14/2019, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only one (1) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only one (1) alternate potential winners may be contacted.

Prize(s): One (1) grand prize will be awarded and one (1) winner will be chosen.

Description of Prizes: Grand Prize (total value of $16118)

3 nights in a Heritage Villa with private heated pool, all-inclusive dining with daily gourmet breakfasts, lunches and nightly three-course dinners with selected wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages, 2 daily onsite activities each and an AU$100 spa treatment credit for two. Plus return business class flights for 2 from the US to Australia with Qantas Airlines.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, the prize providers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of this Sweepstakes and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Use of Entrant Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and the participating companies Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd will use Entrant’s information, including, without limitation, your e-mail address, for general solicitation, marketing, or other business or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Sponsor or the participating companies. You may at any time revoke the use of such information by providing written notice to Sponsor and each other participating company using the following addresses or by responding to a marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Please note that your opt-out preference will apply to marketing communication and may not apply to transactional communication including those associated with your entry.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in South Melbourne, VIC. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of VIC, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of VIC or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than VIC.

Third Party Platforms: If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third party platform, including without limitation a social media platform (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) (“Third Party Platform”), then by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby release and agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by such Third Party Platform and to hold harmless such Third Party Platform from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prizes or participation in any prize related activities. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Platform.

Results: To request a winners list, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd at 50/56 York St, South Melbourne, VIC, 3205. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

QANTAS PRIZE DETAILS:

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize (defined below) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about TO CONFIRM among all eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes (“Grand Prize Winner”). Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential prize winner will be notified by email or telephone within two (2) days of the random drawing.

Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of attempted delivery of notice using the above-referenced notification methods.

Potential Grand Prize Winner and their travel companion must be aged 21+ and will be required to complete an IRS W-9 form prior to travel.

Potential Grand Prize Winner’s failure to return all required forms prior to travel, or to comply with any other provision herein, may result in the potential Grand Prize Winner being disqualified and (time permitting) an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may or may not be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, Sponsor may decide, in its sole discretion, to award such prize to an alternate eligible Entrant or if time does not permit (in Sponsor’s opinion) to not award such prize.

Acceptance of Grand Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) granted to Sponsor to use the Grand Prize Winner’s name, likeness, picture, voice, biographical information and statements for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes in any and all media and manner, and by any and all means now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity worldwide without additional consideration, compensation or limitation of any kind, and without the need to get any further consent. Any and all such recordings shall at all times be owned by, and the exclusive property of, Sponsor.

Grand Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No prize substitution will be allowed. If necessary, due to unavailability of a prize for any reason, a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by Grand Prize Winner. Prize is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use including any visa documentation/fees. By accepting the prize, the Grand Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, state and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

PRIZE: Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The “Grand Prize” will consist of a trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion to Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne Australia (“Destination City”). The Trip includes the following: (i) round trip (“R/T”) Business class airfare for two (2) people to Destination City from the U.S. Qantas codeshare airport that is nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (as determined at Qantas’ sole discretion). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,000.00 USD. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on cities of departure and destination, dates and times of travel and airfare fluctuations at the time of travel bookings. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. Travel is subject to the restrictions and conditions set forth below. Grand Prize Winner must provide a minimum of 45 days advance notice of desired departure and all

travel must be completed by June 30, 2020 (subject to the Flight Conditions detailed below) or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) be selected. Any costs associated with Grand Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the Grand Prize, and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion. Such costs may include, without limitation, any additional ground transportation, any unspecified state or local taxes or government surcharges or fees, including, but not limited to, airport fees, trip and travel insurance and premiums, accommodation, excursions, meals, drinks, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, charges for changing dates or other personal costs and expenses not specified herein, and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Qantas. All aspects of the Trip, including, but not limited to, specific airline(s) and flights are at the sole discretion of Qantas. Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure city, departure date, destination and return date. Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion will be required to provide valid passports at time of travel as required by airline, airport and TSA/government authorities. If Grand Prize Winner elects to travel or partake in Trip with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded. Air transportation must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except at Qantas’ sole discretion. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor or its designee will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the Grand Prize Winner’s possession, or in the possession of the Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion. Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability in Q class, and certain other restrictions and conditions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. Qantas’ standard Economy Class baggage allowance of two checked pieces of luggage up to 23kg (50lb) per passenger for flights from North America will apply for the Grand Prize Winner and travel companion. Charges for any additional checked bag(s) or for bag(s) that exceed weight and/or size limits are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion. No additional prize element will be substituted. Promotion Parties are not responsible for changes in any element of Grand Prize schedule. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the Grand Prize; if a stopover occurs, the Grand Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package will remain the property of Sponsor. No substitutions by Grand Prize Winner are allowed.

Awarding of Grand Prize is subject to the Grand Prize Winner’s acceptance of all requisite conditions within these Official Rules and Grand Prize Winner’s ability and agreement to grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules and all required documents detailed herein.

Flight Conditions:

Confirmation will be in Business class.

Travel may only be taken (and completed) between: April 1, 2019 June 30, 2020.

Subject to “I” class availability

Please keep in mind that certain travel periods are busier than others and it may be difficult to obtain seats.

You and your companion must travel together on the same flights.

All travel must be completed within 90 days from the date of ticket issuance or no later than June 30, 2020. No extensions permitted.

No Friday travel permitted in either direction.

Travel is valid for the segments stated above only.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are subject to government regulations.

Travel is subject to schedule changes and may only be used on Qantas-operated services.

This award is excluded from frequent flyer mileage credit or mileage redemption for upgrade and does not include carriage where Qantas has seat lease agreements with other airlines (travel not valid on code-share flights).

While Qantas will make every effort to confirm your reservations as requested, operational and/or market conditions may prevent us from doing so. In such an event we will ask your cooperation in adjusting your travel dates.

This certificate may not be sold to, bartered with, purchased or utilized by a third party.

Open to residents of U.S. only as detailed above.

Prior to travel, the winner must have provided Qantas with an IRS Form W-9 with the winner's taxpayer identification number. This information is needed for Qantas to complete IRS Form 1099 that reports the value of the prize to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
