NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW.

The Clarins 2018 Lip Social Giveaway” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin on May 21, 2018 at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on May 31, 2018 at 11:59 pm ET ("Promotion Period"). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Clarins U.S.A., Inc. 1 Park Avenue, 19^th Floor, New York NY 10016, USA ("Sponsor") who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) contiguous states of the United States & District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of date of Entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Clarins U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor”), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, (collectively, “Released Parties”) and members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of  each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter:  Participants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry (“Entry”) by completing the online Sweepstakes registration form located within the paid Facebook and Instagram (Sponsored Ad). Each participant will be required to provide e-mail address, first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code/postal code.  By participating the registrants will give his consent to receive promotional and commercial information from Clarins USA. Participants have the opportunity for additional sweepstakes entries by sharing the Sweepstakes through Twitter and Facebook.  One (1) additional sweepstakes Entry for each participant. All persons referred that complete and submit an Entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes.  REFERRAL OF A FRIEND IS NOT A REQUIREMENT OR CONSIDERATION TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.

All Entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on May 31,2018. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Promotion Period plus the referral Entries. All required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win.  Incomplete Entries will be disqualified.  Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an Entry. Internet Entries must be made by the entrant only through the Facebook (Sponsored Ad).  Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced Entries are allowed; all such Entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected Entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits more than maximum number of Entries.  All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes as well as for marketing purposes and receiving offers from the Sponsor.

LIMITATIONS:  It is strictly forbidden for a participant to play using several e-mail addresses or to play from a player account opened for another person. One single player account shall be opened by one person having the same first name, surname and e-mail address. A participant may enter the Sweepstakes by registration/message submission only once (but is eligible to receive additional Entries pursuant to the refer a friend process above).  In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.  Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.  Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 3 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. Open only to individuals, who are, as of Entry, not minors as defined by their state, province or territory of primary residence (“Minors”), and who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia (collectively, “Territory”), and are not employees of Sponsor or Administrator; their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies; or the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, “Entities”); nor members of their households or immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings and their spouses). Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider, Website or other connections; telephone availability or accessibility; miscommunications; failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines or technical failure; failed phone, computer hardware or software, failures, technical errors or difficulties; telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified and any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to register more Entries than allowed by these Rules may result in disqualification at Administrator’s sole discretion. Void  where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local and municipal laws and regulations.  Caution: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES0 AND SUCH OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: TOTAL OF FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) PRIZES – :  Prize values are in United States Dollars (USD).  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

-          One Thousand (1,000) Clarins Mini Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil – (04 Candy)

o   Retail Price: $10.40 USD

-          Four Thousand (4,000) Clarins Mini Water Lip Stain – (03 Red Water)

o   Retail Price: $11.20 USD

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed or substituted for cash.  Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance.

WINNERS:

The winners will be selected by a drawing from eligible Entries on or about June 6, 2018.

The winners will be named once their eligibility for the prize has been verified. The winners will be contacted by email by Clarins around June 7, 2018.  Winning participants will receive the prize within about 21-28 days to the address the participant submitted in the Facebook and Instagram (Sponsored Ad) and provided the address is accurate.

The winner must comply with these terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the prize will not be awarded. Participants agree to all checks concerning their identity, age, postal address, and genuine participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false address will lead to immediate disqualification of the participant.

The decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding and not subject to review.

LIABILITY: The content of the Website, the commercial names and brands mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and database comprising the Website, are the exclusive property of the Sponsor or their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced or used without the written prior authorization of the Sponsor or the owners, under penalty of civil and/or criminal proceedings.

The Sponsor and its employees, officers, directors, agents and representative are not responsible for and shall not incur any liability if, in the event of a natural disaster or events outside their control this Sweepstakes does not in any way function as intended or if due to such instances, they cancel, shorten, extend or defer the present Sweepstakes or modify the terms and conditions. In all cases they reserve the option to extend the participation period. In particular, the Promoter or its service providers will bear no liability for cases where the Website is unavailable during the Sweepstakes, or where the automatic draw procedure malfunctions for external reasons or where information supplied by the participants is destroyed for external reasons.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize which is unavailable with another prize of equivalent commercial value.

The prize may not give rise to any dispute or claim of any kind, or be exchanged, or substituted for payment of its value in cash at the request of the winner.
